Brașov is a charming city surrounded by the Carpathian Mountains and known for its Gothic and Baroque architecture. It is also a gateway to some of the most famous attractions in Romania, such as Bran Castle (also known as Dracula's Castle), Peleș Castle (a former royal residence), and Râșnov Fortress (a medieval citadel).
