Formerly known as Horst, Niechorze is a popular seaside resort with white sandy beaches, forests and nearby lake Liwia Łuża and nature reserve. Other popular attractions include a butterfly house, a fishery museum and a 100-year-old narrow gauge train which pootles between Pogorzelica and Trzesacz.
